How we pick tools
A workshop should leave you with an answer, not a shopping list. So we say plainly what is ours and what is not.
The problem first, the tool second
We do not sell licences in a workshop. More often than a rollout, we propose a change to the process, or a tool we do not sell at all.
Quanty is ours, and we say so out loud
Quanty is our own platform for working with documents and data. We build it, it has Polish-language support, and some of our client work runs on it. When we propose Quanty, you hear it alongside the alternatives and the cost of each route.
The recommendation is in writing
You leave with the options, what each one costs and why we ranked them that way. Build it with us or with anyone else.
One path, four stages
Each engagement feeds the next. Start where you are, stop when you have what you need, or follow the whole path from first idea to a running AI capability.
Not sure where to start?
Match where you are now to the right engagement. When in doubt, book the workshop: it is the cheapest way to find out what to do next.
Questions, answered
How are workshops priced?
Every engagement has a fixed price agreed before we start. The workshop and the sprint are flat fees, the proof-of-concept is quoted after the sprint, and the fractional team runs at a monthly rate. No day rates, no surprises.
Do you run sessions remote or on-site?
Both. Workshops work well in your office or on a call, sprints and longer engagements run remote with regular checkpoints. We are based in Poznań and come on-site when being in the same room helps.
What languages do you run sessions in?
English, Polish, and German. Materials and deliverables are in English by default, in your language on request.
How many people can join a session?
Workshops work best with 4 to 8 people: the decision-maker plus the people who own the problems day to day. More is possible, but decisions get slower. A sprint needs one decision-maker and a few hours a week from a domain expert.
What happens after a session?
You get every deliverable in writing within days: shortlist, scoring, prototype, or roadmap, depending on the engagement. What you do with it is your call: continue to the next stage, build in-house, or stop. Each is a legitimate outcome.
Start with a conversation, not a contract.
In 45 minutes we'll map where AI can create measurable value in your organization, and where it can't.
