What it is

The workshop is a half day of structured decision-making with senior engineers, not a seminar. We put every AI idea in your company on the table, add the ones your workflows and data suggest, and pressure-test each against two questions: what is it worth, and can it actually be built with your data and systems.

We run it remote or in your office, with the decision-maker and the people who own the problems in the room. The format is fast: map the ideas, score each on ROI and feasibility on a shared board, rank them, then pick one pilot and define what proving it would take. Everything is written down as we go.

Afterwards the debate about where to start is over. You have a shortlist your team helped rank, scores you can defend to a board, and one concrete pilot with a defined first step. Whether you build with us, in-house, or not at all, you decide from evidence instead of opinions.

How the session runs

Frame the business

We start with how your company makes money and where it loses time. That frame keeps the scoring honest: an idea only ranks high if it moves a number you care about.

Map the ideas

We collect every AI idea in the room and add the ones your workflows and data suggest. Each is restated as a problem with an owner, not a technology looking for a use.

Score and rank

Every idea gets scored on ROI and feasibility on a shared board: value if it works, data readiness, integration effort, risk. The ranking emerges in front of everyone.

Pick the pilot

We take the top of the list and stress it: what would a two-week proof look like, what data does it need, what could kill it. One pilot survives as the recommendation.

Write it down

We close by fixing the output: the ranked shortlist, the scores and reasoning, the recommended pilot, and the first step. You get the summary within two business days.

How long is the workshop?

Half a day, remote or on-site. We keep it tight and outcome-focused: you walk out with a ranked list and a decision the same day, not with a date for another meeting.

Do we need to prepare anything?

Bring your ideas and the people who own the problems. We send a short prep note beforehand: four questions, about an hour of work, so the session starts fast.

What if we have no AI ideas yet?

That is fine, and common. We surface opportunities from your workflows, data, and support load, then score them with you on the spot. The scoring works the same either way.

What happens after the workshop?

You get the shortlist, scoring, and recommended pilot in writing within days. If you want the pilot proven, the Discovery Sprint is built for exactly that. If you build in-house, the plan is still yours.

What does the workshop cost?

A fixed fee, agreed before you book, the same remote or on-site. No day rates and no follow-on obligation: the shortlist and the pilot recommendation are yours either way.

Can we look at our own data live in the session?

Yes, and it helps. If you can share a sample or screen-share the real system, we sanity-check data readiness on the spot instead of guessing. An NDA before the session is standard if you need one.
